Oberhausen vacations:

Gasometer, Germany:

The Gasometer is directly located next to the Centro in Oberhausen. Parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers and free.

Currently in Gasometer, the exhibition "- Wonders of the Solar System" is shown. For this, the planetary system is described with pictures, descriptions, videos and exhibits and illustrated.

Furthermore, you can take a Glaßaufzug inside the gasometer on the roof of the Gasometer and look down here, for example, the Rhine-Herne Canal.

CentrO, Germany:

CentrO is the Nice big shopping centre with lots of free parking place, inside a big variety of all kind of fast food and on the outside a nice promenade with a good range of all kind of restaurants.

BEST WESTERN Parkhotel:

On the outside the hotel is not very nice, but once you get in it's so nice, most friendly check-in we ever had, the room was great, they gave us a upgrade, the beds were fine, cd player in the room, nice lounge and a great bathroom with a lcd tv, mini bar, no safe.
The hotel was outstanding manual on the room, you could even get some glasses in case you forgot your own.

 

Breakfast just any thing you could wish, even champagne, nice and friendly staff.

We stayed here for 2 night because we were visiting a festival, would return next year for sure.
